We started Orovia because we saw a gap in real estate — between what gets promised in glossy brochures and what gets delivered on the ground. Rather than complain about it, we decided to build the alternative.

Every commitment we make — on titles, on quality, on possession dates — is made in writing and signed before we ask for your trust. In our view, that is the only kind of track record worth talking about.

Founder

Srihari founded Orovia Properties with a simple conviction — that in real estate, trust is the only foundation that matters, and it must be poured before the concrete.

He leads every part of the company personally: evaluating land, structuring joint ventures, sitting across the table from investors, and walking project sites. At Orovia, there are no layers between the founder's word and the company's work — they are the same thing.
